My name is Vinnie, and I am an aspiring level designer willing to work in the games industry.

I have been honing my level design skills since 2021. While working as a full-stack and later frontend developer full-time, I have dedicated a significant amount of time and effort to learning level design. To streamline my learning process, I decided to focus on creating levels for a game that I love and still has a dedicated and hardcore fanbase: Quake.

Through this experience, I have gained a comprehensive grasp of the entire level design process, including prototyping, combat balancing, scripting, texturing, asset placement, composition, detailing, lighting and playtesting. I always strive to create engaging layouts and enjoyable experiences, ensuring that every level I create is balanced and fun to play.
